Water plays the important role in maintaining good health of a person. Approximately in a human body approximately 60% is the water, according to journal of biological chemistry the brain and heart composed of 73% of water and lungs are about 83% of water and the skin contains 64% of water, 79% water present in muscles and kidneys. Water does not contain any calorie, fat, carbohydrates or sugar; Experts recommend drinking 8-10 glasses of water is must to maintain the good health as water keeps body well hydrated and energetic by redressing every cell in the body so drinking adequate water one can keep their skin healthy and smooth. Though one need to drink adequate amount of water throughout the day, but drinking too much water sometime reduce ability of kidney to filter out the wastes. So it is recommended that one should drink water according to their body requirements as the requirement of water varies from person to person, and it is advisable one should also includes fluid and food which contain high water content in the diet.
